Training Day - Crossfit Verulamium - June '24

Saturday 1st June - Join us for a skills session followed by a team based workout.
This is a great opportunity ahead of the London Summer Festival to get some team practice in and learn some team tactics. Come with your team, with a mate or by yourself. This is open to anyone, not just people who have signed up to a Turf Games competition, but to anybody who is keen to experience the Turf Games style of training - whether it is your first time or your tenth.
The session is suitable for individuals of all fitness abilities and will focus on worm technique and barbell work followed by a team workout.- Saturday 1st June
- arrive from 9.15am for a 9.30am start
- Location: Crossfit Verulamium, Burston Nurseries, N Orbital Road, Chiswell Green, St Albans, AL2 2DS
- Session will last for 90 minutes
