Welcome to Turf Games Fittest in the City 2025
We are excited to announce that Turf Games will be coming to London in 2025. Forming one of our Fittest in the City (FITC) global tour stops, London athletes will compete on our global leaderboard across this season's workouts. The 2025 season FITC tour will take the competition to more than 12 cities around the globe and some 15,000 athletes hitting the TURF so you can go up against teams from even more countries and athletes from across the world. And at the end of the season - we will crown the World Champions in each division.
WHEN & WHERE
The London 2025 FITC will be held at London ExCel, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. The event will be in the indoor halls at the venue over the weekend of the 20th and 21st September 2025.

WHAT IS FITTEST IN THE CITY (FITC)
Fittest in the City, or FITC, is our fast paced, waterfall style format where teams compete in back to back workouts across a condensed competition window vying for the title of 'Fittest in the City'.
THE FORMAT
FITC will be a teams of 4 competition with 3 different categories -
- Male
- Female
- Mixed (2M/2F)
Each category will have the below divisions to enter -
- Everyday
- Intermediate
- Elite
FAQ 1 - Can you compete in both a male or female team on Saturday, and then a mixed team on Sunday? Yes, absolutely.
FAQ 2 - What time will I be competing? Teams will be assigned their heat time prior to the event. When you enter your team, your category and division will have a 'block' of time assigned. Your heat will be within this block. Please see further info below
HOW TO ENTER
Entry is £340/team of 4. You will enter your team on the Team Aretas London FITC page. When you purchase your team, you don't need to know or link your other 3 team mates right away. You will be able to change your team name up until 4 weeks before the event. Your team mates can also be changed right up until the day before you compete.

HEAT TIMES
Depending on your division and category, your heat time will start within the below block. Please use the below as a guide, times may fluctuate up to 90 minutes. Your exact heat time will be released up to 4 weeks before competition weekend.
Saturday
- Female Everyday - between 8.15 and 10.00am
- Male Everyday - between 10.00 and 11.30am
- Female Elite - Between 11am and 12.30
- Male Elite between 12.30 and 14.00
- Female Intermediate - between 13.30 and 15.30
- Male Intermediate - between 15.30 and 17.30
Sunday
- Mixed Everyday - between 8.15am and midday
- Mixed Elite between 11.30 and 12.30
- Mixed Intermediate - between 12.00 and 17.00
