Fittest in the City, or FITC, is our fast paced, waterfall style format where teams compete in back to back workouts across a 95 minute competition window vying for the title of 'Fittest in the City'. The workouts will test your endurance, strength, stamina, and ultimately your teamwork.
Why does it exist? We believe fitness should be about community, celebration and teamwork. Having a goal to train towards that you can not only work at on your own, but share with others. Let them inspire and motivate you, and you do the same for them. Work on your weaknesses, make them your strengths. Be a team - fitness is more fun when you train with mates.
Athletes will compete in 4 workouts testing various aspects of their fitness in a fun, competition style format. Run, row, bike, lift, carry - each team will be on the TURF for 95 minutes (plus warm up time) to complete their workouts and have their scores on our LIVE! leader board.
