TURF TRAINING - Zabeel House The Greens (Dubai)

We will be hosting a series of training sessions at gyms in Dubai ahead of the Turf Games Dubai City Series competition. These sessions will be team-based workouts using a combination of ergs and weights similar to what you might experience at a Turf Games.

Come with your team, with a friend or by yourself and we will add you to a team on the day.

You can expect a fun team based session to get you hyped up for Turf Games. Anyone of any fitness level is welcome. Turf Games ambassador and The Den owner, Michael Sole, will run the session.

• Zabeel House The Greens will provide post-workout light breakfast for participants
• Zabeel House The Greens will have discounted brunch/pool access/Padel Tennis access for participants
