Pyramid Workout - 17 min time cap
Starting with the 200m row you can only unlock the next exercise after you’ve completed the previous one & returned to the start. .
R1: 200m Row
R2: 200m Row, x10 wall balls
R3: 200m Row, x10 wall balls, x8 Dual KB Clean to Thruster
R4: 200m Row, x10 wall balls, x8 Dual KB Clean to Thruster, x6 DB Snatches
R5: 200m Row, x10 wall balls, x8 Dual KB Clean to Thruster, x6 DB Snatches, x3 Wall Walks
Run Sprint 300m finisher
