WORKOUT 1 - FOR TIME (Individual workout)

Complete 5 rounds of the deadlifts, sit-ups and thrusters. Then once completed all 5 rounds, finish the workout with 30/50cals on the assault bike.

How quick can you go?

TIPS - Scale the weight according to your strength.  Remeber to pace yourself, don't go flat sticks from the start otherwise you will be out of breathe quite quickly.
