30 synchro burpees (all athletes)
1km row - each rowing erg
30 synchro burpess (3 athletes)
1km row - each rowing erg
30 synchro burpees (3 athletes)
1km row - each rowing erg

SCORE = FOR TIME

TURF GAMES TEAM TIME (Mixed Team*) = 14min 42sec (2 rowers)

RULES

The workout is assuming 5 athletes per team.  If you have less than you can scale workload accordingly

Teams will need minimum of two rowers.   EACH rower must hit 1km in order to proceed to the next set up burpees - using 2 rowers - both must be 1km before you stop.  

The first set of burpees - ALL athletes must perform all burpees.  On the rower and other 2 sets of burpees you can change athletes as you please. There is no pre-requisite for athletes to row any distance - is up to your teams strategy.
