FORMAT & TIMINGS

Singapore 2026 will be a different format to Singapore 2025.  It will align slightly more with our UK, Dubai and Gold Coast Festivals.

The day will be split into a morning session and an afternoon session.  Your team will be scheduled to compete in one (1) of the sessions.   

Approximate times of each session

  • Morning - 8am until 1.00pm
  • Afternoon - 1.15pm until 6.30pm

As a guide,

  • male and female teams will compete in the morning session
  • mixed teams will compete in the afternoon session. 

This may fluctuate depending on demand and capacity in each session.   Time may fluctuate by up to 90 mins

HOW MANY WORKOUTS WILL WE DO?

Teams will compete in 4 workouts, with between a 45min and 80min break between workouts.  This format will be different to last years 'waterfall format' and will follow a very similar format to our festivals in the UK, Australia and Dubai where teams will start on different workouts and flow through all 4 workouts in various orders.  

For example and as a guide, if you are in the morning session and you are in the first heat, your 4 workout timings will be 

  • Workout 1 - 8am
  • Workout 2 - 9.03am
  • Workout 3 - 10.30am
  • Workout 4 - 11.33am

If you are in the afternoon session and you are in the first heat your 4 workout timings will be

  • Workout 1 - 1.15pm
  • Workout 2 - 2.18pm
  • Workout 3 - 3.45pm
  • Workout 4 - 4.48pm

In between workouts you will have time to chill out, recover, rehydrate, support your community, soak up the atmosphere - and do some shopping in our vendor village.
