HEAT TIMES

Please see heat times below for the weekend of Turf Games Gold Coast 2024.

Notes:

There may be some slight changes to heat times over the coming weeks so do keep an eye on them. We will email all athletes if there are any changes.
Everyday teams - please see on page 1 or page 2 of the below link your 4 main workout times. On page 3 will be your heat time of your swim workout (Waterworld). Please take note of the heat # and and heat time of each of your 5 workouts.
Intermediate teams Saturday - you will have 3 workouts on the main field on Saturday. You will also take part in the swim workout (Waterworld). This will be in a different heat / order to your other workouts so please take note of your 4 heat times on Saturday.
