We are looking forward to welcoming you to the first Turf Games X Apex Ability Gym event 'Full Throttle' on Saturday 10th June.

HEAT TIMES + ARRIVAL INFO
When you arrive you will need to head to Athlete Check-In at the main entrance to register your team. Once inside you can find the Athlete Area to leave your bags; there is also a Warm Up area for you to use prior to your heat start time.
Please ensure ALL 3 athletes are linked to your team as soon as possible on Team Aretas. You will not be able to check in on the day without 3 athletes being linked.
Please see below for your heat times. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before your heat start time.
The workouts are live on the link below. There will be no workout briefings on the day however please feel free to ask your Master Judge any questions should you need clarification on anything.
WHAT YOU CAN/CAN'T WEAR
In terms of what you can and can't wear when working out.
- Athletes CAN wear - knee and elbow supports, weightlifting belts, chalk, lifting shoes, wrist straps, palm grips
- Athletes CAN'T wear - Anything that attaches to a bar to aid grip or strength (except palm grips for TTB for example). Gloves cannot be worn on any workout.
- From a foot wear perspective, the workouts will be a mix of tests with some outdoor running so if you like - please bring running shoes, lifting shoes, training shoes.
FOOD, DRINK & VENDORS
There will be coffee, drinks, snacks and other food available on site from local vendors and our partners Heck, Optimum Nutrition and Nocco. HBHM will also be onsite throughout the day. Water refill facilities are available in the Club House.
The winning pair from each of the categories will receive prizes from our partners.
We will have a photographer there on the day and will share the final images with you all after the event.
All spectators are welcome and can attend free of charge. There will be coffee, drinks, snacks and food available on site.
This is a functional fitness race where different fitness elements are tested across a circa 55 minute heat. It is designed to test you as individuals and challenge you as a team and the fastest time in each category will win.
BROKEN EQUIPMENT DURING A WORKOUT
During a workout, if a piece of equipment a team is using breaks - i.e. ski erg/row erg etc - the team will have the option to use the replacement equipment if available and continue on with the workout. The score will be adjusted in a fair way at the end of the workout.
