- One athlete per team will be wearing a timing chip.
- On go, all members of the team will step across the start line, this is when the time starts.
- One run lap is 200m, athletes will always run 2 laps.
- Athletes must work through each machine distance, split by a 2 loop run.
- Teams can break the work on the machines up between each team mate as they wish.
- ALL athletes must complete each and everyone run.
- An athlete is not allowed to leave their lane and start the run until the set distance on the erg is met.
- Once the run distance is complete, teams must wait until ALL their team mates have finished the run and are in the lane of their machine before they can start on the next distance.
- After the completion of each machine distance, athletes must make their way to the exit gate and out onto the run loop. After the completion of the required 2 laps, athletes must enter via the entry gate and make their way to the required machine.
- When finished on a machine, athletes must run to the end of the corridor where the machines they are on are, down the side lane and out the exit gate.
- When coming back from the 2 laps, athletes much run through the entry gate, up the side corridor, then down the corridor of the machine they are about to get on. Athletes MUST not cut through other lanes or machines to get to or off the machine.
- Athletes must cross the finish line side by side or the athlete wearing the timing chip must be behind the other partner. Time will stop when they cross the finish line.
