We are super excited to launch our second ATHLETE TRAINING PROGRAM.  For this 4 week block we have teamed up with one of London's best (and most fun) PT's and also 10 x Turf Games Athlete - Fred Ray, aka 'Fred Fit'  

This program has a focus on progressing your big compound lifts, building strong foundations with plenty of accessory movements, as well as a few ‘Fred finishers’ at the end of each session.

We urge you to track each and every workout, noting down weights lifted, how you felt, times/reps completed in the finishers etc. What gets measured gets managed!

The workouts on each day are designed to take between 40 - 60 minutes.
