WORKOUT 3 (6 Rounds)

WORKOUT 3 - 6 Rounds for Time

Ramp up your session with this little lung buster.  Turf Games athlete @davidbirtwistle put this one together  for us.

The workout is 6 x 2 minute rounds with 1 minute rest in between.  Guys to complete 25 cals on the rower and then for the remaining time in the 2 minute round, maximum wall balls (ideally 10ft using a 9kg medicine ball for guys and 9ft and 6kg for girls).  The ball should hit the middle of the target.

Your score is total wallballs over the 6 rounds..
