WORKOUT 2 (AMRAP)

WORKOUT 2 - INDIVIDUAL

This little beauty is an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible within 20 minutes.  The run can either be on a treadmill or outside - you choose.

Standards - 

  • press ups - chest to floor and elbows fully locked out
  • squats - hips below knees and knees locked out at the top
  • pull ups - arms extended at bottom and chin above the bar

Tips - make sure you pace yourself.  This workout is about tempo - ideally you should go the same pace in minute 19 as you are in minute 1.
