The Turf Training program, designed by 6 x TG Athlete and experienced coach TOM EASTHAM, has a focus on progressing your big compound lifts, building strong foundations with plenty of accessory movements, as well as some great finishers and team workouts thrown in for some fun sessions

This program is a rolling 4 week cycle with each new 4 weeks building on the previous - constant variety and challenging you to new levels - whilst increasing your enjoyment with training.

The workouts on each day are designed to take between 40 - 60 minutes.
