4 Week Training Program with Sam Pepys
You've seen the competition, you may have even been part of a Turf Games event, now it is time to train like a TG Athlete 365 days a year.
We are super excited to launch our ATHLETE TRAINING PROGRAMS. Month 1, we have teams up with leading London S&C coach Sam Pepys to bring you the first 4 week block of the year.
This program has a push/pull upper and lower body 4 day split with an optional 5th day Energy System Development session.
The workouts on each day are designed to take between 40 - 60 minutes.
