What's going on around the ground

While the main focus of the day will be the arena's and the athletes throwing themselves into the workouts, there will also be lot's going on in the Turf Games Village for all those not competing. Gates open at 9am and will close at 9pm.
There will seating around the village on bean bags, deck chairs and picnic tables, but please feel free to bring a rug to chill out on.
We want this to be a HUGE day, so please bring your friends, co-workers and spread the TURF GAMES word!
It's summer, it wouldn't be a festival without some amazing drink brands. Start the day off with flat whites and lattes from Really Awesome Coffee, served from the back of their Land Rovers. Fancy, something cold but with a kick? Bean Bag coffee will be serving up all their flavours for you to try. Nocco will be bringing a killer set up and their trademark athlete and tasty drinks.
What a protein hit? Whey Box will be mixing up their delicious shakes - made to order.
Cold Formd will be setting up their shipping container bar which will be offering canned craft beers, ciders, wines and water. The Rosslyn Park Rugby Club bar will also be open serving draught beers and spirits as well as all there other selections.
Fresh Fitness Food will be leading the day with a big Summer BBQ. They will be cooking up a feast of burgers, chicken, salads as well as vegan options. Fuel10k will be doing their toast bar with loads of peanut butter and other goodies. Primrose kitchen will be serving up their amazing granolas. Hippeas will bring an awesome set up with their delicious organic chickpea puffs. There will also be loads of other options on the day for you to choose from including Ember Snacks. Some options will be free of charge, others will require payment.
There will also other things going on around with spike ball, corn hole bean bag toss and of course cheering on your team.

What time does the event start? Gates open at 8am for Athletes and 9am to spectators and close at 9pm. The first round of workouts start at 930am and the 3 rounds will conclude at 4pm. This will be followed by the finals which will conclude by 7pm.
How do I get to the event? Rosslyn Park Rugby Club is located at Priory Ln, London SW15 5JH. The closest overground station is Barnes, and is a 6-10 minute walk. For more information on trains, buses etc - click HERE
Is there parking? Driving is not encouraged and is reserved for Athletes only or upon request. There is limited parking which will be on a first come first served basis. Parking will cost £5 and is cash only.
Can I bring my dog? dogs are allowed, although not encouraged. They must be kept on a leash at ALL times.
Is it cash or card? Please bring cash as well as card. There is no cash machine at the venue. Some food and drink vendors will be providing samples free of charge, while others will be selling product.
