Women's Athlete Workout Schedule


The women's category is going to be such a great battle.  With some high calibre athletes battling it out, it is going to be a fight to the end to see which 4 teams make the final.

Below are the timings of when your team will be working out and in which Arena.  Women's workouts will be 

Round 1 - 10.30 until 10.50

Round 2 - 12.50 until 13.10

Round 3 - 15.00 until 15.20

You will need to arrive at the warm-up area of the field (far end) NO LESS than 20mins before your workout to check in and then make your way to your arena.

Captains of all women's teams need to arrive at 8am for the workout briefing.

 

SEMI FINAL (4 teams from each pool) - 17.15

MEN'S FINAL (2 teams from each pool) - 18.50

POOL A

So below in order of how the Arenas appear, your workouts will be starting at 10.30, 12.50 and 1500

SEMI FINALS & FINALS

Each team will compete in 3 rounds with the top 4 teams from each Pool going through to the semi-final.  The category is split into two pools as above.  The Semi-Final structure is - 

The team that finishes 1st in Pool A will go head to head against the team that finishes 4th in Pool A.  The team that finishes 2nd in Pool A will go head to head with the team that finishes 3rd in Pool A (Same structure for Pool B). 

The Semi Finals will be one 6 min workout where both teams will be on the same 'station'.

The winners of each head to head semi (4 teams), will go to the final which will be a 10-12 workout - up and down the entire length of the field.
